Makers & Breakers 

Looking all around and seeing the mess we’re in 

something’s sticking out is obvious for all to see 

There are breakers and there’s makers, 

and in between the takers

And there’s you and me 

The breakers are complaining 

It’s all they ever do

Messing it all up, it’s what they do

The Makers try to keep up with

The increase in demand

The fakers stand and look

It’s out of hand

Make a stand and fight 

(Don’t let the breakers have it) all their own way

Looking all around and trying to understand

anger and resentment I see is getting out of hand

Some are trying to build, while others tear it down

And some are always absent, 

they are nowhere to be found

The makers are complaining

They’ve got so much to do

The breakers keep on doing what they do

The fakers want it easy

And take it in their stride

While you and I are trying to live life
